Have you decided to return a product? No problem, follow the instructions below

  1. Complete the form from your customer account
  2. Wait for confirmation by e-mail that your return request has been approved
  3. Prepare and pack the package

Prepare and properly secure the product by wrapping it in protective packaging (box or bag), before to be handed over to the courier.

Please make sure that the product is intact, has all the labels and safety elements that you have with themreceived.
The return can be refused if it was made after the expiration of the 14-day period from receiving it or if the product does not have the packaging labels/accessories and/or safety elements or if it is found that they are not in the same condition as they were when the product was delivered.
(For the lack of labels/accessories and/or safety elements, a fee of up to 80% of the value of the returned product).

The product must be packed by you and not by the courier company!
We suggest you use the same type of packaging in which you received the order.
If the product arrives damaged due to packaging inadequate, any damage caused to the returned product will be your responsibility.
Please no stick the AWB/scotch on the bag/box of the product because it becomes non-saleable.
Products that are not correctly packed, they will be charged 20% of the product value for damage to the packaging.

  1. Hand the parcel to the courier

You will be contacted by a courier to hand over the package, based on the request made by us.
Return tax charged is 3 € and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
If you choose to send on your own account, the return costs are borne by you and you will receive the full amount of the order. In this case, please provide the delivery details to the courier.

Packages sent with cash on delivery cannot be received.
Parcels sent by Romanian Post are not accepted.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
Any non-conformity of the product can be notified within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise it is assumed that it did not exist at the time of delivery and may constitute grounds for refusal to accept the return.

After the package reaches the return department and the return is accepted, within 3-5 working days return the money.
The entire product/money return procedure takes approximately 14 calendar days from pick up of the return by the courier. If you return several products, you can prepare a single package.
Depending on the chosen payment method, the money will be returned through the same channel.
If the order was paid in cash on delivery or by bank transfer, the money will be returned to the bank account mentioned by you on Return Form.

For orders paid by card, the refund will be made through the same channel and to the account from which the payment was received.
All returned products are analyzed individually, in detail, by our specialists, and the verification process is carried out in front of the surveillance cameras to ensure maximum transparency in the analysis of your return request.

If you want the same product, but a different size, an exchange can be made, subject to availability available.
When filling out the return form, please select "I would like the same product, but different size" and the desired size. Shortly, you will receive an order confirmation for the exchange by e-mail requested, as long as the desired size is available. Before sending the size to the exchange, it is necessary to receive your return

The return can NOT be given to the courier who would bring you the size for the exchange.

If you want another product, please return the product, and we will refund you in due time so that you can pay for the new order.

At the time of delivery to the transport company, the product together with the manufacturer's packaging must properly packed, at least in another box or bag so as not to be damaged during transport, so that it does not show signs of damage related to packaging.
According to the legislation in force, we reserve the right to charge a fee if the returned products are not properly packaged.
